For seventeen years the programming of the Mallorca Jazz Festival in Pobla has counted on the pedagogical activities of the Jazz Seminar of the Traveling School - PlayJazz

For this year we propose a new initiative that invites the great musician and veteran trumpet player from the legendary Sun Ra Arkestra Sun Ra Ensemble teacher at New York School. Ahmed Abdullah will host a masterclass about their music and Sun Ra’s  Ahmed Abdullah ‘THE UNSUNG HEROES OF THE SUN RA ARKESTRA’.
